4.1 ph11e accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Pesos). ph11e does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 All transactions on ph11e are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph11e does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with ph11e's AML policy. Minimum withdrawal is ₱100. ph11e targets GCash withdrawal processing within 3–10 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

4.5 Player account balances do not earn interest. ph11e holds Player funds in accounts segregated from its operating capital, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing conditions.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. ph11e will notify the Player at the registered email or mobile number prior to applying any dormancy fee. Applicable dormancy administration fees will be applied monthly thereafter until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. All dormancy procedures comply with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
5.1 ph11e offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions, including wagering requirements, that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonuses credited to a Player's account must be wagered in accordance with the published wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.2 All live casino games use certified human dealers and physical game equipment. 10.3 ph11e's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph11e's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 ph11e processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ph11e.app/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering on ph11e, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data sharing with PAGCOR and the AMLC as required by Philippine regulatory obligations.
11.3 ph11e employs TLS 1.3 encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and segregated data storage systems to protect Player data. ph11e does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12.1 ph11e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where ph11e reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other prohibited conduct.
12.2 You may close your ph11e account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of a compliant account with no outstanding investigations, any remaining verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.
12.3 Accounts closed as a result of Terms violations may have their balances withheld pending investigation, in accordance with PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements. ph11e will notify affected Players in writing.
13.1 ph11e may amend these Terms at any time. 14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ph11e, you should first contact ph11e's customer support team in writing. ph11e will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with ph11e, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority for ph11e's operations. ph11e will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication process.
14.4 For matters not resolvable through the above channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
